TILESoundBlok
Description
Gramm Barrier Systems TILESoundBlok® noise barrier tiles are manufactured from carefully selected specialist aggregates with angular face which are bonded together using our patented method. This allows the system to use a low amount of binder while still retaining a strong bond. The result, a robust material ideal for sound absorption in a variety of applications.

Specification
Because of the strength, durability and manufacturing flexibility of TILESoundBlok®, installation is very flexible. As with any porous sound absorber, we recommend if possible, to have an air gap between the panel and any hard surface as this will greatly improve the absorption, particularly in the lower frequencies.
TILESoundBlok® panels can be fixed onto steel or timber rails which our secured to existing walls or columns using various fixing methods. The TILESoundBlok® material can also be encased within our various noise barrier cassettes.

Fire safety
Quietstone Heavy meets the requirements of class 1 of BS476: Part 6:1989 and class 0 of BS476: Part 7: 1997. Class 0 being the highest fire standard required by the building regulations.
