When privacy is a priority, you need a privacy fence system that guarantees the visibility of your premises will be restricted. ArmaMeshSCREEN performs this task offering a full privacy fence, while giving your perimeter a modern vista that will last due to its increased durability.

Specification

Ideal for places like detention centres, ArmaMeshSCREEN is created by fitting the durable polyethylene (PE) screens to any of the double welded wire fences from our ArmaMeshTWIN range. Screens are secured in place using custom made clip fixings and sturdy bolts, ensuring they’ll stand up to vandals.

Polyethylene is both UV stable and weatherproof, so screens will keep their colour even in varying temperatures. It’s a cost-effective material that looks great too, making your fencing system fit in perfectly with any surrounding environment.

And like all of the fences in our ArmaMeshTWIN range, ArmaMeshSCREEN conforms to the British Safety Standards for open mesh steel panel fences, offering added peace of mind.

ScreenFence Weave:	Full Panel Weave/Partial Weave (increments of 200mm)
Posts:	60 x 40 mm to 120 x 60mm RHS (depending on height, please contact CLD Fencing Systems for assistance due to wind loading), hot dip galvanised and polyester powder-coated with 40 x 5 mm full length clamp bar, galvanised and polyester powder-coated to match fencing.
Fixings:	M8 x 40 mm stainless steel pin-hex dome head security bolt.
Set Posts:	Set posts in holes 450 mm diameter x 1000** mm deep, filled not less than half the depth with concrete, as clause 620.
Maximum Posts Centres:	2520mm
Bottom of Fencing to Be:	50mm above ground.

Foundation types

Gramms ArmaMeshSCREEN mesh fencing system can be either set into concrete foundations or bolted down to individual concrete pads or a continuous concrete strip/pad.

Fixing methods

a) Galvanised steel or PPC posts with baseplates can be fixed to concrete surfaces using chemfix resin anchors or cast in cradles.
b) Steel posts can be set into augered or bucket dug concrete foundations.
